• Allow 48 hours for confirmation of your reservation.
• Only REGISTERED ATTENDEES / DELEGATES of the Smart Energy International 2011 are entitled to the reduced rate. To expedite your reservation please ensure you have submitted your attendee registration.
  
• Cut-off date for room rate is August 9, 2010.
  
• Check in time 04:00 pm / Check out time 12:00 pm
  
• Above room rates exclude breakfast, 12.5% taxes and $0.23 CA Tourism Fee.
  
• Reservations need to be cancelled by 6:00 pm on arrival day, otherwise a (1) night room rate will be charged to the attendee’s credit card. If an attendee does not cancel their reservation and does not arrive on the arrival date the reservation was made for (no show), a (1) night room rate will be charged to the attendee’s credit card. The reservation may be reinstated by the attendee’s request based upon availability.
